Your role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, leading a small team, and serving as the primary contact for clients. Strong leadership, effective communication, and expertise in aligning HR initiatives with organizational and client objectives are essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR executives to ensure delivery of high-quality HR services. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients on HR-related matters, maintaining strong relationships. - Drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in line with client requirements. - Collaborate with clients to assess workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions. - Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. - Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management and clients. - Identify and implement process improvements within HR for greater efficiency. - Handle escalations from team members and clients with tact and professionalism. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3+ years of HR experience with at least 12 years in a supervisory/team lead role. - Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws. - Proven experience in client handling and workforce management. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in HRMS platforms, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools. **Good to Have:** - Experience in consulting or staffing firms. - Exposure to diverse HR practices and client management.
