You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee training, record management, and upholding our workplace culture. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, owns responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Salary Bracket : 20000-25000 Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, hiring. Maintain and update employee records and HR documents. Plan and coordinate onboarding processes and orientation sessions. Facilitate and track employee training and development programs. Promote and reinforce the company’s culture and core values. Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with HR policies. Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong sense of ownership with a proactive “doer” mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Familiarity with MS Office and HRMS tools.
