Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead - People & Culture (HR) at Chtrbox, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR activities for the teams located across India. Your role will involve recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, training and development, compliance and record-keeping, performance management, HR strategy & planning, and remote team management. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and driving impactful HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. - Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and implementing engagement initiatives. - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company standards. - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth. - Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle any HR-related audits or inspections. - Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and facilitating career development plans along with key leadership in the company. - Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. - Support and manage HR activities for remote teams across various locations in India. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a media or marketing agency. - Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment.
