Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will support various HR-related tasks, including drafting and implementing HR policies, assisting in HR Management and Employee Benefits, and participating in Personnel Management initiatives. The role also involves engaging in research and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
