Role Description We are seeking a highly active, collaborative, and creative HR Intern based out of Delhi who can support our talent acquisition efforts, manage mentee groups, and contribute to expanding our reach. The role will involve candidate management, outreach, content support, and assisting with internal operations. You will get a chance to actively participate in building our upcoming mentee batch, including shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with mentees. Qualifications Currently in 1st or 2nd year of BA (any specialization) or BBA . Must be soft-spoken with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, image generation, etc.) and basic Canva . Highly active on LinkedIn with knowledge of professional outreach. Basic familiarity with hiring platforms like Naukri and Internshala . Comfortable with content/reel creation (optional) and document formatting . Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach. Must be collaborative, approachable, and reliable. Responsibilities Manage mentee groups and ensure smooth communication within the community. Assist in hiring processes: resume screening, shortlisting, and conducting preliminary interviews. Reach out to multiple candidates and professionals to increase DataCliq’s presence and page reach. Schedule and coordinate meetings with mentees and the core team. Create or support content for social media, including reels, posts, or document formatting (Google Docs, MS Word). Use AI tools like ChatGPT, image generators, and Canva for designing or ideation tasks. Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn to support engagement and outreach.
