Human Resources Intern

Location: In-office

Duration: 3–6 months (possibility of full-time role)

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires and interns.

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and databases.

• Prepare and manage HR documents — offer letters, internship letters, NDAs, and other forms.

• Coordinate induction sessions, HR events, and engagement initiatives.

• Support HR compliance and payroll data collation when required.

• Contribute ideas to enhance HR processes and culture initiatives.

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
