As a Home Collection Phlebotomist based in New Delhi, your full-time on-site role involves visiting patients" homes to collect blood and other samples. Your responsibilities will include ensuring correct labeling and handling of samples, maintaining precise records, and guaranteeing compliance with medical standards and procedures. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with diagnostic labs for sample delivery and report any abnormalities or patient-related issues to the appropriate medical staff. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Blood Collection techniques and Laboratory Skills, along with experience in Medical Assisting and a solid understanding of Medical Terminology. Knowledge of Medicine and related protocols is crucial, and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are key. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and any previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous. Possession of a relevant certification or diploma in phlebotomy or a related field is also preferred.,
