Job Title: HR Intern Location: Coimbatore Duration: 3-6 months Type: Internship (Full-time, Paid) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to a range of HR functions and real-world experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist in recruitment processes: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records • Help organize company events and employee engagement activities • Assist in performance management tracking and reporting • Support learning and development initiatives • Help draft HR policies and documents as required • Handle administrative tasks and support day-to-day HR operations Requirements • Pursuing or recently completed a UG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Attention to detail and willingness to learn • Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheet (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience with core HR functions • Exposure to organizational structure and company culture • Opportunity to work closely with HR professionals and cross-functional teams • A certificate of completion and letter of recommendation (based on performance) Show more Show less
