Job Title: Administration Executive Location: Coimbatore Reports To: Operations Head / Director Department: Administration Company: Vallaham (Overseeing Vayil, Saptingala, Luxvel, and Nool Media) Salary Range: Rs 30,000 to 40,000 Job Summary: The Administration Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions across all four entities under Vallaham – Vayil (Construction) , Saptingala (Quick Service Restaurant) , Luxvel (Travel Agency) , and Nool Media (Digital Marketing) . The role involves general administration, inventory control, vendor coordination, and assisting with accounts-related tasks and documentation. Key Responsibilities:General Administration Manage office facilities, equipment, utilities, and supplies across all locations. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth administrative support. Handle employee documentation, attendance records, and general HR support. Ensure all office procedures and policies are maintained and up to date. Inventory Management Monitor and maintain stock levels for office supplies and operational materials. Maintain inventory records and coordinate regular audits. Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and stock replenishment. Manage inward/outward stock registers across entities, especially for Saptingala and Vayil. Accounts Coordination Support the accounts team with data entry, invoice tracking, and bill submission. Assist in the reconciliation of purchases, petty cash handling, and vendor payment processing. Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and receipts. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounts-related queries. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field Experience: 4–5 years in administrative and inventory roles (multi-location or multi-department experience preferred) Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic accounting knowledge (Tally/Excel familiarity preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace Preferred Qualities: Proactive and detail-oriented Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage timelines Strong problem-solving skills and accountability Show more Show less
