We are looking for a smart and passionate HR professional who has a deep interest in talent acquisition and nurturing people. This role goes beyond filling positions—it’s about building strong teams, spotting great talent, and creating an environment where people can thrive. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing the right candidates. 
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. 
  • Manage and utilize employer/job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala) for hiring. 
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to retain and nurture top talent. 
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and employer branding strategies. 
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the company culture. 
  • Work on learning, development, and performance initiatives to help employees grow. 
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Act as a cultural ambassador by fostering collaboration, motivation, and transparency. 


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 0–2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition. 
  • A people-first mindset with genuine interest in talent nurturing and growth. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Comfortable and proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities. 
  • Prior experience in startups/education/tech is a plus.
