About the Internship:


We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Interns to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about HR, eager to gain hands-on experience, and contribute to a growing organization.


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify hiring needs and execute recruitment plans

• Manage sourcing through various online platforms

• Screen resumes and support interview processes

• Coordinate proactively with candidates

• Create recruitment-related documentation

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and systems

• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures

• Prepare job descriptions, post ads, and manage hiring pipelines

• Create and implement effective onboarding programs

• Support training and performance management processes


Skills & Qualifications:


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

• Self-motivated with attention to detail

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)

• Type: Unpaid Internship

• Duration: 2 to 3 Months

• Mode: Remote

• Start Date: Immediate

• Work Hours: Flexible
