About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate engagement processes. You will work closely with the HR and hiring teams, contributing to real-world hiring efforts and helping ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules by liaising with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure timely and efficient recruitment cycles.
• Communicate with candidates for interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback to maintain a seamless recruitment experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases to ensure accurate candidate records.
• Support the HR team with any other recruitment or administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
