Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our team and assist in various human resources functions. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support onboarding & induction programs for new employees.
Help in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and internal communications.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support performance management and appraisal cycle.
Work closely with HR team on day-to-day operational tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
