Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role also involves supporting various HR-related projects and activities, and liaising with employees to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
