Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Executive to collaborate with colleges and sell our Training Program to final-year students. The role is target-driven and best suited for professionals who can work independently and deliver results within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities Connect with colleges, placement cells, and student groups to sell our training program. Achieve the set target of 100 student enrollments within the contract period. Build strong relationships with stakeholders in colleges to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements Prior experience in EdTech sales, campus outreach, or student engagement. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and stay focused on achieving targets. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-based role.
