Human Resources Intern

Our 360° marketing services are tailored to suit both B2B and B2C business models, covering everything from display advertising and SEO to paid media and online reputation management.

• Stipend: ₹10,000/month
• Location: Work from Home
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires
• Maintain and update HR records and employee databases
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and virtual events
• Draft and manage HR-related documents, policies, and internal communications
• Assist in performance management tracking and feedback collection
• Conduct basic research on HR trends and best practices
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

• Graduate in any discipline
• English communication skills are mandatory (both verbal and written)
• 0–6 months of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with good time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Certification in digital marketing is a plus

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
• Canva
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc.
