Human Resources Intern

The Opportunity

Visdum is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team as we continue building a world-class workforce.

As our HR Intern, you’ll dive deep into talent acquisition from sourcing and screening to interview coordination while learning how to identify and attract top talent in a competitive market. You’ll support our hiring efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to real-world hiring strategies at a growing SaaS startup.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing basic documentation.

Requirements

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
