We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support our Human Resources functions. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases. Onboarding Support: Help facilitate onboarding processes, prepare documentation, and coordinate orientation for new hires. Employee Engagement: Contribute to organizing internal events, engagement surveys, and team-building activities. HR Administration: Support the team in maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and drafting HR policies. Learning & Development: Assist in coordinating and tracking employee training programs and providing feedback. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to work. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
