Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Pune. The intern will assist in various Human Resources functions, including managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The role will involve daily collaboration with senior HR professionals to deliver efficient and effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and concepts
• Understanding of HR Policies, HR Management, and their applications
• Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
