Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key areas of Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You will work closely with our HR team to attract, engage, and onboard top talent while also contributing to the seamless execution of operational HR tasks.

How you will make an impact:

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings across various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records.

We are looking for people who:

• Strong interest in HR, particularly in recruitment and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
