Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Pune. The intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. Responsibilities also include supporting HR management activities and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Proficiency in HR Management and developing HR Policies
• Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
