Sr. Backend Developer

We are looking to hire an immediate joiner for Backend Developer & Sr. Backend Developer (MongoDB, Node.js) for a fast-growing Tech Logistics startup that is creating the future of the domain by leveraging deep industry insights and forecasting the forces of disruption that will shape the customers’ needs.

You will be working as Backend Developer (MongoDB, Node.js) focused on building the next generation logistics solutions, working on new-age technologies, and supporting customers across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

●       Develop enterprise-level software solutions according to technical specifications.

●       Design and implement server-side applications using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

●       Optimize server-side code for maximum performance and scalability.

●       Identify and troubleshoot performance and security issues in the backend infrastructure.

●       Implement data storage solutions using MongoDB and ensure proper database integration.

●       Analyse the work and create tasks & sub-tasks with time estimations.

●       Writing the unit tests to meet code coverage.

●       Create, plan, and manage Tasks in JIRA 

●       Plan to manage & control code quality and execute code review.

Criteria of the Role

●       Experience developing/Architecting backend applications Node.js and MongoDB.

●       3 to 5+ years of work experience

●       Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work.

●       Proficiency in GitOps

●       Knowledge in building and securing REST APIs are compulsory.

●       Knowledge in GraphQL and Redis is a plus.

●       Knowledge of web servers like Apache and NGINX is a plus.

●       Knowledge of CI/CD configuration is a plus.

●       Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical documentation.

Basic Qualification
