Fitistan, founded by Mrs. Shilpa Bhagat & Major Dr. Surendra Poonia, VSM, aims to revolutionize the fitness and wellness industry through a holistic, tech-driven platform. The company collaborates with the Indian Armed Forces and offers online fitness challenges, offline events like Soldierathon, corporate wellness programs, and a Sports & Fitness Digi Locker. Fitistan's mission is to create a community of health and fitness individuals through personalized and gamified solutions.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Human Resources Intern will assist with HR management tasks, policy implementation, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. Responsibilities will include supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall HR strategy of Fitistan.


1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.

2. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

3. Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment databases.

4. Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.

5. Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

6. Assist in organizing team-building events, training sessions, and HR workshops.

7. Help in conducting employee feedback surveys and analyzing results.

8. Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation.

9. Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding materials.

10. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

11. Research and suggest learning resources for employee skill enhancement.

12. Support in ensuring HR policies align with labor laws and company standards.

13. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

14. Help in managing HR documentation, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations


Stipend: Rs 5,000 - Rs. 10,000 Per Month

Duration: 3-6 Months
