Supply Chain and Logistics Intern [For D2C Platform]

**This is a full-time on-site Internship role located in the Kamla Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai**

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Intern to join our operations team. The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, with a strong emphasis on inventory management, shipping coordination, vendor communication, and handling logistics queries. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Manage and monitor inventory levels through regular updates.
• Coordinate shipping and packaging operations ensuring timely dispatch and accurate documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and logistics partners to track orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Support packing and dispatch processes to maintain shipment quality and accuracy.
• Respond to logistics-related queries and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Use Shiprocket platform to fulfil the orders and maintain a success ratio.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and shipping processes is a plus.

Stipend: Rs 5,000 - Rs. 10,000 Per Month [Based on Interview Assessment/Domain Knowledge]
