This role offers a unique chance to work on both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives:

  • Project Leadership:

    Take ownership of and actively contribute to several high-impact HR projects focusing on areas like digital transformation, policy redesign, employee experience, and organizational development.
  • Talent Acquisition:

    Support the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
  • Talent Management:

    Assist with employee engagement programs, performance processes, and developmental initiatives.
  • EVP & Branding:

    Contribute to communication campaigns, culture-building activities, and employer branding efforts.
  • Data & Insights:

    Work with the HR team on data management, reporting, and process documentation to drive informed decisions.
