About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Support HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and employee records
Maintain and update employee databases and internal HR systems
Coordinate and assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal events
Assist in conducting HR surveys and preparing reports
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee data
Support the team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive learner with a positive attitude
