Company: Amika Softwares Job Title: Junior PHP CodeIgniter (CI) Developer Location: Nagpur (Hybrid – Remote + In-Office) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 Year Salary: ₹12,000–20,000 per month Job Summary: Amika Softwares is hiring a Junior PHP Developer with 1 year of experience in the CodeIgniter framework for a full-time hybrid role based in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a good understanding of web development practices, and the ability to work in both remote and office environments. Key Responsibilities: •Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter. •Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences. •Work on API development and third-party integrations. •Implement and manage payment gateway integration. •Troubleshoot, test, and optimize web applications for speed and scalability. •Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. •Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team code reviews. Required Skills: •1 year of hands-on experience with PHP and CodeIgniter. •Good knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3. • Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts. •Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. •Basic experience with Git or other version control tools. Preferred Skills: •Exposure to other PHP frameworks like Laravel is a plus. •Basic knowledge of web hosting, cPanel, or server deployment. •Knowledge of performance tuning and SEO basics. Eligibility: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Work Mode: •Hybrid (Combination of remote work and on-site at our Nagpur office) •Candidates must be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate.
