Role Overview

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment coordination (screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups)
• Maintain employee records and update databases
• Support onboarding & induction programs for new hires
• Draft HR letters, notices, and documentation
• Assist with performance management processes and HR reporting
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
• Support HR compliance and ISO documentation
• Participate in the development and execution of HR SOPs and policies
• Any other tasks as assigned by the HR team
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive and eager to learn with a team-player attitude
