Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations across all group companies
  • Talent acquisition, onboarding & manpower planning
  • Design & implement HR policies and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.)
  • Drive performance appraisal & employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage training & development programs
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressal
  • HR MIS reporting and analytics to management

    • Requirements:

    • Min. 5+ years of HR management experience
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act & HR systems
    • Excellent communication, leadership & people skills
