About the Role:

As an HR Intern at 2Factor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team in various day-to-day operations. You’ll gain practical exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support — all within a fast-growing tech environment. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about people operations, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative in a collaborative, high-energy workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

● Support onboarding activities, including document collection, induction coordination, and welcome communication.

● Coordinate training sessions and track participation and feedback.

● Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.

Required Skills:

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.

● Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
