Human Resources (HR) Executive in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & talent acquisition:
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Post job openings on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants.
• Support campus hiring and internship programs.
• Onboarding & induction:
• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
• Plan and conduct new hire induction sessions and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage HRMS entries and employee records.
• Employee engagement & communication:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, festivals, and recognition programs.
• Conduct pulse surveys and assist in analyzing engagement feedback.
• Support internal communication drives, newsletters, and events.
• Performance management support:
• Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance review processes.
• Track probation evaluations and confirmations.
• Maintain performance records and assist in preparing MIS reports.
• HR operations & compliance (non-payroll):
• Maintain employee records and statutory documentation (PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, etc.).
• Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, headcount, attrition, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist during audits.
• Support HR policy drafting, updates, and implementation.
• Exit & separation formalities:
• Manage resignations, conduct exit interviews, and coordinate clearance processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover.
• Maintain attrition data and analyze exit trends.
