Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment — posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and daily HR operations.
Assist in HR reporting, database updates, and basic payroll or compliance support.
