Key Responsibilities

Strategic recruitment planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and meet organizational staffing goals.
Candidate sourcing and engagement: Oversee the development of effective sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with senior management and department heads to understand staffing needs and align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives
