Human Resources (HR) Executive in Mumbai

Position: HR ExecutiveLocation: Malad W, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure high employee satisfaction.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / HRMS systems.
• Prepare HR reports such as attendance, attrition, and headcount data.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records.
• Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
• Draft and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
