Key Responsibilities Calculate and process credit notes as per defined slabs Coordinate with sales team for monthly and quarterly target verification Ensure CNs are GST-compliant, ERP-recorded, and properly tagged to original invoices Prevent duplicate CN issuance and over-crediting Maintain complete documentation: payment proofs, CN registers, and audit logs Generate monthly incentive disbursement MIS and dashboards Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections Reconcile customer ledgers, UTRs, and resolve discrepancies Perform ledger postings and monthly closing entries (accruals, provisions) Bank reconciliation statements across all accounts Reconcile GST liabilities, TDS ledgers, and input credits monthly Coordinate with warehouse team for stock reconciliation Monitor landed cost and margin impacts Support annual audit, statutory filings, and form compliance checklists Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet schedules, and receivable/payable ageing Generate customer-wise, SKU-wise incentive impact reports Recommend process improvements to reduce errors and delays About Company: EVM is a made in India consumer electronic brand that focuses on consumers' needs and provides value-for-money products.
