Job Title: Gated Community Sales Executive (Commission-Based) Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Contract / Freelance Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 per successful society activation About Cosy Cosy is building the next generation of urban farming. We install high-tech indoor farms directly inside gated communities, giving residents access to ultra-fresh, pesticide-free greens grown in their own buildings. We're currently expanding across Mumbai and are looking for freelance sales professionals with strong on-ground networks in residential societies. Who this role is for We’re looking for individuals who: Understand how gated societies operate (prior experience at MyGate, NoBrokerHood, Adda, etc. is ideal) Have relationships with RWAs, facility managers, or community influencers Prefer commission-based income and flexible work hours Are based in or familiar with areas like Bandra, Khar, Juhu, Andheri, Worli, or Powai How the role works You introduce Cosy to the decision-maker(s) in a gated community Our team handles the pitch, farm setup, and activation Once the farm goes live, you receive ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 per society onboarded There are no fixed targets or hours. This is a freelance, outcome-based engagement.
