Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, promotions, and exits
Maintain and regularly update HR policies and procedures
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally
Monitor and maintain employee records and HRMS systems
Design and conduct training & development programs
Oversee payroll processing and leave management
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities
Support management in strategic planning with HR insights and data
Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (EPF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
