Profile: HR Business Partner Experience: Minimum 3 Years Experience in HR Salary: Up to 4.80 Lacs per annum Location: Noida Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR to lead and manage all aspects of our Human Resources functions. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a productive and positive work environment, and supporting organizational growth . Your primary goal will be to strengthen company values and drive business performance through effective HR management—including job structuring, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, employee development, and workplace operations. Roles & Responsibilities • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals • Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving concerns and grievances • Lead the full recruitment and selection process • Support business growth by nurturing employee engagement, motivation, and retention • Oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization • Cultivate a healthy and collaborative workplace culture • Manage performance review processes to enhance productivity and accountability • Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs • Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate development programs • Provide management with HR metrics and insights for informed decision-making • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role • Strong people management and result-oriented approach • Solid understanding and application of HR metrics • Proficient in HR software, databases, and systems • Strategic thinking with strong leadership capabilities • Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices • Master’s degree in Human Resources Show more Show less
