We are backed by top investors and are growing rapidly across India’s youth. Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in nurturing our unique company culture, handling core HR operations, managing vendors, and supporting both employees and leadership in delivering a world-class work environment. Key Responsibilities Culture & Engagement Drive and execute company-wide culture initiatives and engagement activities. Act as the voice of employees; proactively identify morale issues and resolve them. Organize team events, offsites, and celebrations that reflect Stan’s vibe and values. Payroll & Compliance Own monthly payroll processing in coordination with finance and external vendors. Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and attendance/leave tracking. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment policies, and internal HR systems. Vendor & Office Management Liaise with external partners and vendors for facilities, benefits, and HR-related services. Support day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive, fun workplace. Hiring & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for junior/mid-level roles. Conduct onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth new joiner experience. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism. Mediate and resolve workplace concerns through proper processes. What We’re Looking For 1.5 to 3 years of HR experience in an office-based role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong communication skills and a people-first approach. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
