HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  process and onboarding
• Design and coordinate

  training and development

  programs
• Support

  Performance Management System (PMS)

  implementation and monitoring
• Plan and execute

  employee engagement activities

• Address and resolve

  employee grievances

• Ensure

  with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements

• Assist with policy creation, documentation, and communication
• Collaborate with department heads for HR-related needs and improvements

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in

  HR, Business Administration

  , or a related field (preferred)
• 2–3 years of relevant

  HR Generalist experience

  , preferably in an IT services or consulting setup
• Excellent

• Proficiency in

Educational Qualification:
