The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition, along with demonstrated skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Experience in Benefits Administration and Compensation Management is also required. Knowledge of HR Compliance and Labor Law is essential for this position. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite is a must. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is crucial for success in this role. Candidates applying for this position should hold a Master's degree in human resources or a related field. Previous experience in HR roles is preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
