Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and processes.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (

  ESI, PF, etc.

  ).
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits programs.
• Lead performance management and appraisal processes.
• Design and coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum

  1.5 years of HR management/HR operations experience

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  labor laws, compliance, ESI & PF regulations

  .
• Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the

  education or technology sector

  is an added advantage.
