Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to support our growing team in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training. Prior experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is essential. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment for kitchen, service, and managerial staff. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to meet manpower requirements. Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Maintain a positive workplace culture and ensure high employee engagement. Organize regular staff meetings, feedback sessions, and team-building activities. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems. Support line managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and food handling certifications. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for audits and inspections. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs on hygiene, customer service, and standard operating procedures. Identify training needs and assist in career development initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 -3years of HR experience, with at least 2 year in the F&B or hospitality sector. Knowledge of HRMS tools and local labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary (especially during peak operational times). Preferred Skills: Experience in a multi-outlet restaurant, café chain, or food retail operation. Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP). Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
