Type: Work from office

Location: Chembur, Mumbai


We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information in the HR database.


  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.


  • HR Administration:
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying updated on relevant legislation and enforcing company policies.


  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Track training attendance and maintain training records for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Intern.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
