Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Tiruchirappalli. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Payroll, Statutory compliance, employee relations, handling employee queries, and overseeing human resources functions within the organization. Qualifications Payroll and Attendance Statutory Compliance, maintenance of registers under Factories Act. PF and ESI Administration HR Management and HR Operations skills Experience in Human Resources (HR) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
