Job Description You will be working as a Human Resources Executive for Esswin Electro Controls Pvt. Ltd. based in Dwarka. Your main responsibilities will include managing HR operations and employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing overall HR management. Your daily tasks will involve handling employee queries, monitoring HR metrics, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating recruitment efforts, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records.
