Client Relationship Building Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating a consultative and educational sales approach. Plant Consultation Conduct detailed discussions about plant requirements, including capacity, materials to be processed, and the ideal setup for their needs. Budget & Investment Planning Understand and discuss the client’s estimated budget, providing guidance on which plant setup is most suitable for their budget. Present relevant options and provide initial quotations for their plant setup. Plant Visit Promotion Encourage potential clients to visit the demo plant at Ajmer for a first-hand experience. Explain the benefits of the plant visit, highlighting the value of seeing the plant in action and meeting with senior experts. Collaterals Sharing Share brochures, videos, and quotations that match the client’s requirements. Customise the information based on the client’s specific needs and goals. Consultation Scheduling & Follow-Ups Schedule calls and meetings to continue discussions and further educate clients. Follow up with clients who may need more time or information before making a decision. CRM Data Entry & Documentation Log all client interactions, updates, and information in the Odoo CRM system.
