Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team in the Advertising & Marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the Advertising & Marketing industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HR software and systems.
