Job Description

As a Human Resources Executive, your role involves ensuring HR compliance and driving employee development initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining adherence to statutory and company-specific HR policies, managing documentation and audits, and coordinating impactful training programs to foster a compliant and engaging workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. - Maintain accurate employee records, statutory documentation, and HR compliance reports. - Monitor HR processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and legal standards. - Support the drafting, implementation, and updating of HR policies in line with labor legislation and business goals. - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle data, including onboarding and offboarding. - Administer performance management processes in coordination with the HR Manager. - Handle employee grievances and disciplinary proceedings in a fair and compliant manner. Training & Development: - Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. - Assist in designing and facilitating training modules on compliance, policy awareness, and soft skills. - Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop learning plans. - Track and maintain training attendance, participation, and performance impact data. - Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and assessment tools. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 1 to 2.5 years of experience in HR compliance and/or employee training. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance frameworks. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Please note that the work location details are as follows: - Training Period: Lower Parel, Mumbai - Reporting Office: Vashi, Navi Mumbai The compensation offered for this position is in the range of 3,00,000 to 4,50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and performance during the selection process.,
