Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations including managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing the full spectrum of HR management tasks. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the business services or accounting sector
